|TECHNOLOGY:||The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 6 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.|

|NOSE:||Baked apple, burnt sugar, fruity richness and intensity|
|MOUTH:||Strong, slight acidity with a note of residual sugar.|
Reneta Ananasowa (Ananas Reinette) can be served as an aperitif, also goes well with meat courses, poultry in particular.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
