Reneta Ananasowa (Ananas Reinette) is a cider produced from one cultivar with traditional methods, used also for the production of sparkling grape wines. For its production we used freshly pressed apple juice exclusively, from Ananas Reinette apples, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Reneta Ananasowa (Ananas Reinette)
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 6 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 7% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Amber with gold reflections.
NOSE: Baked apple, burnt sugar, fruity richness and intensity
MOUTH: Strong, slight acidity with a note of residual sugar.
SERVING

Reneta Ananasowa (Ananas Reinette) can be served as an aperitif, also goes well with meat courses, poultry in particular.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
