DRY AND NATURALLY SPARKLING

Rosé is a cider which is extremely rare around the world, produced from apple cultivars with red flesh and with traditional methods, also used for the production of sparkling grape wines. For its production we used freshly pressed apple juice exclusively, from red flesh apples, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Dominant cultivar: Trinity
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 3 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 6% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Slightly floral pink.
NOSE: Rose notes, wild strawberries, rhubarb, raspberries.
MOUTH: Dry, intensive acidity and refreshment.
SERVING

Rosé can be served as an aperitif, also goes well with grilled vegetables, salads or other light meals.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
