DRY AND NATURALLY SPARKLING

Perry, a fermented pear wine, is produced with traditional methods, just like cider. For its production we used freshly pressed pear juice from carefully selected pears, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Dominant cultivar: Patten.
TECHNOLOGY: Perry is produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 4 months. Perry is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 6.2% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Straw-yellow and salmon.
NOSE: Honey sweet, pink flowers
MOUTH: Ripe pear, sweetness contrasted with subtle acidity, slight bitterness
SERVING

Perry can be served as an aperitif, goes well with poultry, goose and duck in particular.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
