|TECHNOLOGY:||Perry is produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 4 months. Perry is not pasteurised or filtered.|

|MOUTH:||Ripe pear, sweetness contrasted with subtle acidity, slight bitterness|
Perry can be served as an aperitif, goes well with poultry, goose and duck in particular.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
Perry is available in 0.33 l bottles, packed 20 items per box, and in 30 l PET kegs.
