ECOLOGICAL, DRY, AND SLIGHTLY SPARKLING

Eko Sad (Eco Orchard) is an ecological cider produced with traditional methods, used also for the production of sparkling grape wines. For its production we used freshly pressed apple juice exclusively, from the coupage of apples from certified orchards, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Dominant cultivars: Szara Reneta (Grey Reinette), Kronselka.
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 2 months) in a low temperature. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 8 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 7% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Straw-yellow.
NOSE: Autumn apples, pears, quince, dried lemon zest.
MOUTH: Refreshing, discernible acidity.
SERVING

Eko Sad (Eco Orchard) can be served as an aperitif, goes best with meat courses.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
