|TECHNOLOGY:||The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 4 months) in a low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 6 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.|
|NOSE:||Fruity intensity, mirabelle plum, delicate roots and herbs.|
|MOUTH:||Strong, intensive apple taste, refreshing, acidic, although residual sugar can be felt.|
Eko Reneta (Eco Reinette) goes well with pierogi, pancakes and light desserts.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
