HOPPED, DRY AND NATURALLY SPARKLING

Chmielony Sad is an alcohol beverage created by combining cider and proper hop varieties which brought citrusy notes and hop bitterness, unusual for the other ciders. For its production we used freshly pressed apple juice with the addition of Citra and Mosaic hops, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Grochówka, Boskoop, Cortland
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. Then cold hopped with Citra and Mosaic varieties. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 3 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered. ALCOHOL: 6.6% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Straw-yellow, slightly cloudy.
NOSE: Intensive apple skin, citruses, pip, bitterness and hop notes.
MOUTH: Acidity, hop bitterness.
SERVING

Chmielony Sad (Hopped Orchard) is a very universal cider which - similarly to beer - goes well almost with every dish and is also perfect as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
