|TECHNOLOGY:||The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. Then cold hopped with Citra and Mosaic varieties. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 3 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.|

|NOSE:||Intensive apple skin, citruses, pip, bitterness and hop notes.|
|MOUTH:||Acidity, hop bitterness.|
Chmielony Sad (Hopped Orchard) is a very universal cider which - similarly to beer - goes well almost with every dish and is also perfect as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
