|TECHNOLOGY:||Sweet Oak is produced with the method of slow fermentation (from 9 to 12 months) of freeze-dried apple juice. Then it matures in Californian oak bourbon barrels. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, maturing for about 3 months. Sweet Oak is not pasteurised.|
|EYE:||Amber and caramel colour.|
|NOSE:||Vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg.|
|MOUTH:||Apple acidity contrasted with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel.|
Sweet Oak is perfect both as an aperitif and as a companion for main courses: pies, smoked cheese, pierogi or roasted meat.
Sweet Oak can be stored for many years, even up to dozen or more. Recommended serving temperature: 12°C
