DRY AND STILL

Sweet Oak is a totally unusual combination of a dry alcohol beverage made from apples and maturation in Californian oak barrels in which American bourbon was stored, which gives the drink a note of vanilla sweetness. Such a cider type is our original composition which initially appeared as a limited edition, but since 2018 it has been in our regular offer. For its production we used freshly pressed and freeze-dried apple juice exclusively, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Dominant cultivar: Delbard
TECHNOLOGY: Sweet Oak is produced with the method of slow fermentation (from 9 to 12 months) of freeze-dried apple juice. Then it matures in Californian oak bourbon barrels. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, maturing for about 3 months. Sweet Oak is not pasteurised.
ALCOHOL: 13.4% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Amber and caramel colour.
NOSE: Vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg.
MOUTH: Apple acidity contrasted with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel.
SERVING

Sweet Oak is perfect both as an aperitif and as a companion for main courses: pies, smoked cheese, pierogi or roasted meat.
Sweet Oak can be stored for many years, even up to dozen or more. Recommended serving temperature: 12°C
