|TECHNOLOGY:||The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 6 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.|
|EYE:||Straw-yellow with a slightly gold note.|
|NOSE:||Freshly pressed apples, fruity intensity contrasted with a note of a baked apple.|
|MOUTH:||Strong, with a hint of acidity, rounded.|
Stary Sad (Old Orchard) can be served as aperitif, it perfectly suits light courses of Polish cuisine, including pierogi or pancakes.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
