DRY AND NATURALLY SPARKLING

Stary Sad (Old Orchard) is produced with traditional methods, used also for the production of sparkling grape wines. For its production we used freshly pressed apple juice exclusively, from carefully selected apples, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Dominant cultivars: Bankroft, Cortland, Grey Reinette.
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 6 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 6.2% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Straw-yellow with a slightly gold note.
NOSE: Freshly pressed apples, fruity intensity contrasted with a note of a baked apple.
MOUTH: Strong, with a hint of acidity, rounded.
SERVING

Stary Sad (Old Orchard) can be served as aperitif, it perfectly suits light courses of Polish cuisine, including pierogi or pancakes.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
