Antonówka is a cider produced from one cultivar with traditional methods, used also for the production of sparkling grape wines. For its production we used freshly pressed Antonówka apple juice exclusively, without any water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

CULTIVAR: Antonówka
TECHNOLOGY: The cider produced with the method of slow fermentation (about 3 months) in a low temperature. After bottling, refermented in the bottle and maturing for about 3 months. The cider is not pasteurised or filtered.
ALCOHOL: 6.2% alc/vol

TASTING DESCRIPTION

EYE: Gold colour slightly contrasted with orange.
NOSE: Refreshment, peach, apricots, delicate roots.
MOUTH: Dryness, intensive acidity, fruit with delicate roots.
SERVING

Antonówka can be served as an aperitif, goes well with fish and sea food.
Recommended serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.
